Our welding machine with a 200W laser lamp power, in addition to steel, is able to weld aluminum, beryllium bronze, stainless steel, etc.
If the dimensions of the molds are too large or the shape is complicated we can use special angle optics which enables reaching to difficult, deep locations on the mould.

Examples of causes of damage:
- - natural wear, blunt edges, burrs on the details
- - chipping edges
- - accidental collision during injection and damage, eg. textured surface
- - CNC program error during milling
- - error during EDM erosion or wire cutting
