Surface analysis

We assess the condition of the work surface, its geometry, degree of wear, and requirements for further use. Based on this, we determine the optimal method of preparing the element for structure or coating.

Surface preparation

We select the appropriate surface treatment technology – from polishing and preparing the required surface class to texturing, structuring or other processes necessary to achieve the desired effect.

Selection of coatings and textures

We provide technical support in selecting the appropriate coating type and process parameters, taking into account the material, component geometry, and operating conditions. Based on the specific tool characteristics, we recommend coating solutions designed to increase wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and plastic adhesion, as well as extend the service life of mold components. EDM inking and sandblasting are performed in-house.

Refining

Coating and chemical texturing are performed by renowned companies specializing in these technologies. We collaborate with companies such as Oerlikon Balzers, Ion Galenica, Standex Engraving Mold-Tech, and SUMARIS Group. We coordinate the technical aspects of the process, ensuring proper cavity surface preparation and selecting the right solution for the specific application.
