Injection moulds

We design molds for plastic parts, including composites with natural fibers such as wood, sunflower, and grass. We create tools for both short- and long-run production. We also manufacture stack molds.

Die-casting moulds

We manufacture moulds for aluminium and magnesium die casting. Tool engineering supports durability, accurate part reproduction and stable operation over high cycle counts.

Rubber moulds

We manufacture compression and injection moulds for rubber compounds used in technical parts, seals and specialist products.

EPS Foam Molds

We manufacture high-quality molds for EPS foam products used in the packaging industry. We combine our mold design expertise with optimized mold construction to deliver solutions tailored to process requirements and the expected service life.

Tool Trials

After completing the mold, we conduct mechanical trials to verify the proper operation of the tool and the quality of the molded parts. Trials can be carried out on the customer’s target injection molding machine or at one of our trusted partner molding facilities, depending on the mold and process requirements. Based on the parts produced during the trials, we perform dimensional inspection and prepare a measurement report, allowing us to verify the parts’ conformity with the technical documentation and confirm the mold’s readiness for serial production.
